2. Do you offer refunds or exchanges?
Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds or exchanges. Please be sure to check the product details carefully before purchasing. If you have any questions about sizing or fit, feel free to contact us before placing your order.
3. When will my order ship?
Orders typically ship within 2 - 3 weeks after payment is confirmed. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your package is on its way. Please note, we do not control shipping times once the package leaves our facility.
4. How can I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking information. You can use the tracking number provided to check the status of your shipment through the carrier’s website. We will also contact you to inform your order updates.
5. What if my package gets lost or damaged?
Once your package is shipped, it is in the hands of the shipping company. We are not responsible for any lost, damaged, or delayed items once they leave our warehouse. Please reach out to the carrier directly if you experience any issues with your shipment.
6. Can I cancel or modify my order after it's been placed?
Unfortunately, once an order is placed, it cannot be modified or canceled. Please double-check your cart and shipping details before finalizing your order.
7. Do you offer international shipping?
Yes! We now offer international shipping to select countries. International orders may take longer to arrive due to customs processing, and additional shipping charges will apply. Please check our shipping policy or contact us for more details on your specific location.
